Dara Gallinger, MBA

Founder & Co-CEO

Dara is Mother Wild's Founder & Co-Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new program opportunities to maintain a robust portfolio, spearheading the company's overall strategy and vision, and the stewardship of Mother Wild's brand.

Dara is an entrepreneur and marketing expert with an MBA from McGill University. She is ex-CEO and co-founder of Brodflour, a disruptive retail food brand in Toronto.  Previously, Dara led marketing, brand and merchandising teams at Sobeys Inc. and has extensive consulting experience in strategic planning for early stage start-ups ranging across the hospitality, food and technology sectors. 

Dara is known for taking on disruptive business opportunities that most people believe are near impossible.  She has proven success in building businesses from ideation through to operations. Her resilience and ambition make her well-suited to co-lead the Mother Wild team in its mission to develop a portfolio of world improving AgTech IP.

Mark Goliger, MBA

President, Co-CEO

Mark is Mother Wild’s President and Co-CEO responsible for operations, finance, investor relations and commercialization. 

Mark is an accomplished C-Suite Executive with multiple successes in high growth, regulated, emerging market environments. He has over 20 years’ experience leading organizations within the Biotech, Bioscience, Therapeutics, Retail, and Healthcare industries.  Mark is a transformational and results oriented leader with high EQ and a demonstrated ability to increase shareholder value in hyper competitive industries.  He has both private company and public company experience as a senior officer and member of the board of directors. 

As CEO of Meta Growth Corp, Mark helped the private company go public on the TSXV, successfully managing as a public entity for approximately four years and raising approximately $100million in capital. He led multiple mergers and acquisitions, including a merger of equals between two public entities. As a Director of Esolate LTD, a Biotech company, he supported licensing agreements and development agreements to monetize IP. Additional experience includes being President of GoodCap Pharmaceuticals, CEO of InnerPath Wellness and COO of Qualicare.

Ari Zuckerbrot, JD/MBA

Chief Operating Officer

Ari is Mother Wild's Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for leading the operational rollout of our robust IP portfolio and R&D efforts.

In his most recent position as an M&A associate at Skadden Arps in New York, Ari worked on complex and high-profile mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, and debt and equity financings worth over $50 billion USD. He supported important corporate and securities law matters for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to “unicorn” tech start-ups and major U.S. sports leagues. Prior to Skadden, Ari gained experience as a management consultant at KPMG and with several start-ups in full and part-time business and strategy roles.

Through his diverse experience, Ari brings strategic legal thinking and bold work ethic to the forefront of his work with Mother Wild.

Dr. Charlyn Belluzzo, MBA/SCMD

Chief Development Officer

Charlyn is Mother Wild's Co-Founder & Chief Development Officer and is responsible for building a sustainable pipeline of strategic relationships to support Mother Wild's long term goals.

She is an internationally recognized global health expert and author, holding a doctorate in public health and tropical medicine. She is a highly experienced corporate and non-profit leader with expertise in global health, population wellness, clinical research, strategic planning, fiscal oversight, partnership development and fundraising, marketing, and operational management for leading local and international organizations. 

Charlyn has been a Gladstone Institute Scientific Advisor to the President, Special Advisor to HopeLab Foundation, Founding Director and prior Co-chair of FilmAid International, member of the United Nations Business Council, American College of Healthcare Executives, Association of Clinical Research Professionals, and Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives. 

Charlyn is an active investor in successful med-tech companies and has experience taking R&D through into commercialization at a global scale.
